POLICE STATE, ANYONE?

Don’t antagonize cops. They have a tough and stressful job. They have no clue when a simple citation can go awry.

Annoying loud-mouth gets arrested, give a guy a mouth THEY THINK THEY OWN THE WORLLLLLD. *rolls eyes*

Goddamn racist cops. This never would have happened to a white guy.

That guy acted so calm and together, I can’t believe he got arrested. I thought the whole I’m gonna give you my ID…psyche! thing was going to leave the cop in stitches.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Complete violation of freedom of speech. The guy was 30 feet away talking to the biker and the power hungry pig decides the size of his dick was being questioned so he abused his power. Shit is fucked up

Isn’t there a serial killer loose in NYC right now? These guys have nothing better to do than hand out tickets to bike riders? Both sides should have handled themselves better, true. However, harassment of a police officer is a crime.  How would you like it if, while doing your job (whatever that is), some asshole off the street came into your cubicle and started yelling at you, telling you that you have no clue how to do your job? Would you call security? Would you call the police? Or would you sit back and take the harassment like some dumb, useless hippie because the man has the right to voice his opinion?

nypd, the same ones that ran into a burning collapsing building, two of em pardon, so many years ago. not that it condones throwing weight around, but have a little respect and let them do their job.

Wasn’t this already posted on the front page by somebody else? Here’s what I commented on that one. Why do certain people feel the need to get into arguments with cops over stuff they’re not involved in? What good do they think it’s going to do? Unless there’s a case of mistaken identity, I can’t see the benefit somebody is expecting. If a cop is doing his job, and you don’t agree with it, yelling at him is not going to make him change his mind about what he’s doing. Antagonizing somebody with the power to arrest you for whatever crime you probably don’t realize you’re committing is a STUPID idea. If you really have a concern, go to the cop calmly with it. If they don’t care, calmly try to get information you can use to go to the precinct and file a complaint.  Or, you know, yell at the cops and get arrested.

this guy should consider himself lucky…if he was in Canada, they would have just tasered his ass (possibly to death) then blamed him for it

We are our own enemy. Give a brother a little bit of power he attacks his own for no reason.  I still don’t see why he is being arrested. The police are not suppose to be above the law or the people. They’re there to serve and protect, not to bully the citizens.

The guy deserved to be arrested.
