The Earth is refered to being in an 'ice-age' if there is ice present on the surface of the planet…which there is on the poles. We are coming out of an ice age so it is a certainty that the ice would be melting like this. The fact that humans are responcible for it is ridiculous. We couldn't create global warming just as much as we can't stop it.
