• My 9th great-grandfather arrived in Burlington NJ aboard a “Boat load of Quakers ” as the county ledger notes in 1678. His grandson my 7th G-G-F rabble roused against and fought the British to form this country. My people have fought in every war for America including my father who was shot across both knees with a machine gun while serving America in Korea his twin brother was killed in action in Korea. Yet I don't have the same rights as my brother and sisters. 332 years my people have worked to build this country, I am descended of colonists, a son of the American revolution, the son of a decorated American veteran;yet none of this qualifies me for equal rights only heterosexuality can do that.
