Chrysler is introducing just the cutest little electric car for Earth Day! It's a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle, designed for urban settings. It only costs $12,500 and it only goes 25 mph. And you can use your iPhone as a key to turn it on! Peter Arnell, the Chrysler subsidiary's “brand guru,” says the car's design was inspired by “Japanese bullet trains, storm troopers from the film Star Wars, space helmets and turtles.”
