it was most likely rejected because it could be offensive to someone who is gay/lesbian/transgender. Probably because the way it depicts a transgendered person could be seen as insensitive and stereotypical. Personally, I don't see it as offensive, but it's not very original or clever. It would've been funnier ten years ago
