glenchilada 2 years ago1 - A dog’s kennel should not be used as punishment.
2 - The dog was bearing his teeth at the guy.. a precursor to aggression, could be out of fear. I’m guessing the poor dog was afraid of the guy.

Shannon T. 2 years agoLocking the dog in the kennel is not an appropriate punishment. Sending him there, like sending a kid to their room, is fine. Furthermore, the fact that you think this is a precursor to aggression proves you know nothing about dogs. It’s called a “submissive smile” because the dog knows she did something of which her owner would not approve.
