Good list! Six of these books are some of my all time favorites. :)

When I was a student at the University of Northern Iowa, there was the infamous Fountain Preacher. He used to carry disgusting pictures of aborted fetuses, and have little kids hand out pamphlets. One day a couple friends of mine did something like this. They were in a heated debate with the Fountain Preacher, and were drawing quite a crowd. They were arguing about gay rights, and it was escalating, the dude was getting mad and worked up. All of a sudden, one of my friends grabbed the other friend (both are straight males), and just laid a huge kiss on him. Everyone cheered. Later, my one friend said he wished he hadn’t done that, and I told him I was glad he did it. The Fountain Preacher was just a horrible person with nothing better to do than put down complete strangers in the name of his god. AND he always had little kids with him, little kids who hadn’t had a chance to form their own ideas and opinions about the world, handing out booklets telling us we are all going to Hell. I think it was a dramatic win. PLUS, we didn’t see the Fountain Preacher much after that. I don’t think I saw him at all my last two years at college.
Frenchy :)
#7 and #12
Laughed our asses off.
I was just about to add that one on myself, then noticed this comment here. I own it, and have started it a few times, but have yet to get through the whole thing. Maybe this will be the summer to do so. :)
Brings back memories… I was *almost* the proud owner of Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness on cassette (DOUBLE cassette!). Contemplated it every time I was at a music store. It was expensive, and I was 12, so… but I wound up getting my first stereo, and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness on CD (my first CD ever)for X-mas. Can’t complain :).
5 years of changing out salad dressings working at restaurants made me absolutely hate ranch dressing, not that I ever liked it in the first place. It smells so nasty. I’ll be passing on this concoction.
Haha! This has been one of my favorite movies for years, and I never noticed those before, aside from #5. Pretty sweet :).
Ooooooh nooooo. Not the weeeeed, man. That stuff will make you all hungry and happy. …who’s Zac Efron??
My friend and I had a show on KULT at the University of Northern Iowa :).
Was a comic book first <3.
GAWD, I hate this man.
I LOVE THOSE DOLLS!
I honestly can say I haven’t seen any of these examples on Facebook. My friends don’t take pictures of themselves crying. Thank you, Facebook friends!
#3, one of my favorite books of all time by one of my favorite authors of all time <3
My kitty, Vonny.
This just looks like a bunch of care-free people having a blast, to me. I envy them a bit. I am stuck in Iowa, where the sun hasn’t shone for a full day in days :(.
Wisdom teeth are only removed surgically if they are impacted (mine were :( ). If they aren’t removed, they eventually start to crumble as you get older. My boyfriend only had his removed a couple years ago; he had them for about 17 years.
