Great to see this. I am going through it right now, but I wasn’t as smart as you to document everything. I thought Comcast was nice to send me the boxes and return labels to send back my equipment when closing my account. I put everything in the box and dropped off at UPS, thinking everything was settled. 2 months later I’m continually getting texts/calls from Comcast about my “unreturned equipment.” I’ve called continually to say I sent it back and will not be paying, and all I’ve gotten was that they’re “looking into it” over the next 14 days.
