Pinocchio's is Harvard Square's favorite late-night slice, as many Cambridge-area college kids probably recall square-shaped slices and arguing about this spot being better than Otto's. (YOU decide, America.)

Chau Chow is Chinese food in a massive two-story building that may or may not look like it's meant for weddings on the inside, but is actually for dim sum. #trust

South Street Diner is an incredibly important place, as it’s one of the few 24-hour diners in Boston. Not a signature dish, but you probably ate the banana French toast a lot. At 3 a.m.

AKA "The Kong," it's a staple to say the least. Could also be considered a nightclub, especially for stuff like "The Scorpion Bowl."

Mr. Bartley's, another favorite (and quirky) Cambridge spot, has been said to have an "overwhelming and humorous list of creative twists" on hamburgers. One bite into the "Hashtag," and you'll probably #agree.

18+ flatscreen TVs and nightly events make Roggie's a great option for students and a Brighton staple. 25-cent wings also make this an economical choice for students.

7. Jim's Deli & Restaurant

Jim's Deli boasts a cool cafeteria-style line and a menu that includes, well, basically everything. The Texas Reuben has been getting some love on the internet, just know that they only serve it on the weekdays.

Not to be confused with an earlier "Pino" pizza spot, Pino's services the Brighton crowd. Let's put it in the words of one passionate reviewer of the joint: "When I'm on my death bed, I want a #1 from Pinos [sic] before I go."

T. Anthony's is one of the most infamous spots on the BU campus. Pizza AND breakfast??? Then again, pizza could BE breakfast in certain situations.

10. Anna's Taqueria

Anna's Taqueria got so popular that it's now a chain with six locations (spanning a few universities). The original one is still there in Coolidge Corner, and you can get anything you want, just make sure you get it super.
