Haunting, Mysterious Photos From The Civil War

Can you help identify the subjects of these beautiful portraits? The Museum of the Confederacy is releasing these photos to the public in an attempt to generate leads, hoping to name the nameless.

A group of seven Civil War battlefield photos of unidentified persons is seen at the Museum of the Confederacy in Richmond, Va., in a Friday, May 25, 2012 photo. Officials at the the Museum of the Confederacy are publicly releasing the images in the admittedly remote chance a descendant might recognize a facial resemblance or make a connection the battlefields where they were found.
