Hell, I had size 32A breasts and couldn’t find a single cute/sexy push-up bra in the womens department at Wal-mart. Maybe I should have sued Wal-mart after discovering that the “sexy” bras in MY SIZE were all being sold in the LITTLE GIRLS department. I mean, shouldn’t that be insulting to a grown woman and give me the right to pursue damages for, maybe, emotional distress for making me feel like less of a woman? The guy has every right to sue White Castle. He’s not even that fat. Those booths look unreasonably tiny and will alienate a lot of potential (overweight) customers. Whether or not he deserves a settlement, or to win the case is really the only question, and that is up to the jury to decide. Nobody on this site has enough information to decide what’s fair in this case. People just love to hate on fatties I suppose…

Hmmm I am on board with what everyone else is saying pretty much, but part of me is kind of like “ok, he should lose some weight, and this is kind of ironically stupid….at the same time, guy isn’t morbidly obese, and he probably should be able to fit in there…he’s ugly and tubby, but he isn’t so big that it would seem unreasonable that he shouldnt fit in a booth.” But yeah that’s where my devils advocate stops. I do think we’re being unnecessarily cruel to this guy…but he probably SHOULD have thought about that before complaining that his beer gut doesn’t let him squeeze into a booth at a place where the burgers made me throw up without even being drunk first (to be clear though, and one of the reasons I still go to White Castle in spite of that, is because it seems to be fine for me as long as I HAVE been drinking :P ) .

NY Douche is a NY Douche. If I recall just like at in-and-out and other “fast food” joints they have “wheel chair” accessible tables, tables with chairs that aren’t attached and you can wheel up a wheel chair to and even 1 or 2 counter stools. Hint, don’t sit in the booth asshat.
