      I think you’d all be quite amazed how popular this little kink is. There is enough demand for umpty-hundred dollar belts and devices to keep a half-dozen manufacturers of bespoke equipment in business (with months’ long waiting lists). And as with anything like this there are a hundred different motivations and flavours of it.
