I don't think people should take these photos serious. I live in Brazil and that photo must be of a particular school or of a really good public school (hard to find). There are schools which don't have at least some fruit to the students to eat because of corrupt politicians and incompetent people. These photos don't show the real thing as it is. I mean, it's funny and curious but don't use it as serious register.
