Two things: 1. Yeah, it isn't a very top tier Law School.
2. It is pretty commonplace for people to go straight to grad school after undergrad these days. It happened after the dotcom bubble burst, and now it is happening again. People figure that it's not a good time to go find a job, so may as well stay in school and hope that things get better when you get out. The result is a glut of over-educated workers with no experience. There can only be so many lawyers/bankers/etc. It's a shame, and it ends up leading to a lost generation. These people (me included) will be feeling the effects of this economy many years in the future. It is not a temporary thing.
