This is from a TLC special called The Half Ton Dad. It was revolting slash mesmerizing. What I don’t get is how this happened. At some point, wouldn’t a friend or family member say something? This guy weighs in at around 900 pounds. No one said a word at the 400 pound, 500 pound, 600 pound mark?

Poor guy. The skeleton, unlike the flesh, does not grow. His legs must be completely out of the socket. Ow. What a nightmare.

Lots of people sit on their asses and eat all day and never get close to this..I’m guessing it’s mostly a biological/hormonal issue especially considering how normal his face/neck is. At a certain point he probably was in a place where no amount of exercise/dieting would help.
