freshjiive a year agoThe Wall Township Police Department has coordinated efforts with Wall Helps Its People (WHIP) to set up a donation fund for the assault victim of the “YouTube Video.” WHIP will not be accepting clothing or food donations on his behalf. Monies received will be used to provide the victim with food, clothing, shelter and other necessities that he may need.
