    meh. All these social networks are obsessed with re-engagement of users. It has become a metric which supposedly measures success, but then companies get carried away with… like ‘time spent on page’ which lead to sites opening ads in new windows so that you don’t close them. They get concerned with the metrics instead of the actual user experience. It’s annoying and unfortunate, but nothing new, hence my ‘meh’. Even more annoying, in my mind, is the Facebook emails “Matt, you have notifications pending!” (I don’t log in often). I used to get them once a week, now its almost once a day. But nothing has changed.
