Jamaican Me Crazy Chicken

Place the potatoes in a slow cooker and add water chestnuts and cranberries; drain the pineapple and reserve the juice, adding the pineapple to the slow cooker. Top with chicken and sprinkle the jerk seasoning over top. Combine the onion, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, lime peel, cumin, and reserved pineapple juice and pour over the chicken, topping with thyme sprigs. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours and serve with rice -Chicken recipes
