I'm not saying she can't think that they are ugly, but, thinking someone is ugly and posting some random concoction as an editor of the website is different. If she got this from a survey of many women then it would be largely acceptable. As an editor of Buzzfeed, she should know better then to make personal posts. She's basically saying that if you are an attractive women then you have to be with someone who is on the same level of attractiveness. Not only that, she's talking about accomplished men who are very far from ugly. I shouldn't have to tell you what's wrong with that. She's going to call people ugly but hide in the shadows herself? That's why I'm asking where's her stuff. You say, what does it matter what she looks like?
Well, what does it matter who these people are dating?
If there is nothing wrong with the couple then what's the problem?

  • Now, she's not saying any of that. She's saying, “Hey, look! These are some hot girls who are with guys that (I think) are uglier than they are. You don't always see that in the celebrity world.” She's not saying beautiful people are only allowed to date other beautiful people. Also, every post on BZ is a personal post. You can disagree with the content of each one, but you're not doing yourself any favors by making ad hominem attacks against the authors. Not only is that uncalled for, it actually makes you look stupider since it suggests that you don't have a VALID argument to make. You just look like a whining idiot in the end.
