    Yes, sure. You’re a damn gang member, run away from the police because you’re driving a stolen car. Then people ( many of them gangs) ” protest by destroying their neighbourhoods businesses, THAT really helps. I would gang them all up and arrest those excuses of human beings. If you act like a thug, dress like one and most likely are one, don’t play the race card when something happens. I wouldn’t want to be a cop in that city. Watched some news footage on TV, where you could see gang members flashing their body tattoos in front of the camera and THEN they want ” sympathy ” from the public. Arrest all those bastards and put them in some labor camp and let them work their behinds off for the good of the rest of society. That is what I would do.
