Its Hammer Time…i got it with a pack of socks that i bought at footlocker when i was 7….the first cd that I outright owned was Tragic Kingdom-No Doubt…both are classics….

Since this is the first album I owned and not bought for myself here is my first album a gift of an LP record, in 1978. Pretty groovy for a little kid. Next one, of grown up music I owned was taped for me, Michael Jackson’s Thriller. The first album I bought for myself is a co-honor shared by Nirvana’s Nevermind and Garth Brooks Ropin’ the Wind.

I played this album everyday in 1976. Stevie Wonder “Songs in the Key of Life”

along with PYROMANIA and SHOUT AT THE DEVIL…i was 13 - it was the deliquent kids dream kit….shouting, barking and setting things on fire….ahhh youth
