• Further… Higuita did that move first for a commercial in Colombia, and this being a friendly match, plus the offside called… perfect setting to simply enjoy some good & impressive fun!

• There was an offsides called so he heard the whistle and knew that no matter what, the play was dead. So he playfully did the scorpion kick. No way he'd do it in live play but being the showman that he is, Higuita decided to entertain the fans a bit. Thats the situation as stated by him in many interviews. Notice the play stops right after.. kinda hard to see but trust me, it does.
