I haven't read the article but, based on the text on the cover, the photo looks like it fits with the general idea of the article.
The 9/12ers, tea baggers and Rush/Beck/Palin worshippers typically get into a lather anytime there is even a whiff of a problem with how an American flag is displayed, but here The Moosiah gets away with using the American flag as a damn photo prop. It's draped without reverence on the chair, and she's using it as AN ARM REST!
She is just proving her understanding of Middle East politics by showing off her Camel Toe!
The thing is, if she was not in politics and more on the lines of say hosting a sports show, she would be enormously popular with just about everyone.
It's actually a nice photo.
It's actually illegal to drape an American flag like that.
wingnut mooseturbation fodder
am i the only one who thinks she looks hot??? wow. what i wouldn't give for a night with her… yeah. i said it. i'd put two heart labels on this if buzzfeed let me…
While I will admit it is an unusual choice for a cover, she agreed to pose for the photo. If it was sexist, then why did she agree to it?
She does know that those Blackberrys aren't a hand of cards, right?
Even if she doesn't read the magazines, at least she looks at the covers.
anyone notice how they positioned her, made it say “eek” right by her head.
She'd look more smart and leadery in a bikini with a machine gun.
What's with the outfit?
has a loser, a quitter, a lightweight who BRAGS about being ignorant and an inveterate liar ever received so much attention and gotten so much press? quick, name john kerry's VP pick.
appropriate to use the flag as an arm rest or a decorative throw? by the way: the flag? did she really need to remind people she's from the States? What other country could this dimwit be from? USA! USA!
I think the Mayan calendar actually stops on the day Sarah Palin becomes President. Heed their warning America or we're all doooooooomed!!!!
Waitaminute, it's not a joke? Looks like the joke's on me! And her, I guess.
she said the cover was “sexist” but its really not. a sexist cover would have said: stupid dumb bitch
She has a right to be pissed! How dare Newsweek get permission to use a photo she posed for, and then publish it!

noun 1.A line at the head of a newspaper or magazine article carrying the writer's name. Also, the fact that it's a joke is expressed in Jack's description. WTF?
