Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) has come forward as the Representative who shouted “Baby Killer” during Stupak's speech about healthcare yesterday! posted Mar 22, 2010 5:08pm EDT Neugebauer, who is also the sponsor of a bill to require presidential candidates to have their birth certificates tattooed on their foreheads (or something similarly ridiculous), says he was calling the bill itself a Baby Killer, not Stupak. Which doesn't make any sense!
