Quinn Gray Fake Kidnapping (Now With Audio Tape)

Quinn Gray is a Florida woman accused of faking her own abduction and lying about being assaulted as a way of extorting $50,000 from her husband. There’s a crazy ransom note, an alleged accomplice - a Bosnian immigrant named Jasmin Osmanovic - and a whole crazy story about sexual assault. Quinn Gray’s husband is paying for his wife’s legal defense (also weird). [Update: Now there’s an audio tape that apparently proves the whole thing is a hoax.] posted on November 3, 2009 at 11:41am EST
