Wow, yeah. And the doctors say she’s not Albino because her eyes are dark and healthy. Weird.

I don’t think any of you know how albinism works. They wouldn’t have to have white ancestors, they’d have to both have the recessive alleles that cause an absence of melanin. And I’m extremely doubtful any professional geneticist would be surprised by this as you learn about the genetics of albinism in high school or first year college if you’re on a science track.

I saw a documentary about this once. Had Steve Martin in it.

Here’s what really happened: these people took a bunch of money to be surrogate parents and ran off with the money and the child. Someone call the police.
