looks like a tough case, he was probably making a real loud fuss to begin with and some citizens called the police on him. That being said, if a cop can't provide you with a reason for arresting you then that is patently unlawful and unfair and I would probably react the same way as him. The tasing doesn't surprise me because once they have decided to arrest you it's going to happen, but tasing someone like that guy shows you are a pathetic cop……………… Cops should really get paid more, then they wouldn't have this whole martyr for the public thing going on and would treat people more reasonably I'd imagine.
This guy is the shit. He doesn't sound schizo, he sounds mad fucking stressed. I'm sorry, but being arrested for resisting arrest? Seems like a classic Catch 22. The officers claim they have a warrant out for him, but if they can't tell him what the warrant is for (or, more importantly, dismissing the question with “It doesn't matter”), I figure this dude just pulled the ultimate punking. I mean, come one. How sorry of a cop do you have to be to not be able to tell someone what the original warrant is that you are purportedly arresting someone for? Plus, dude shakes them AFTER being tased. This cat is the win. Buzzfeed needs an “awesome” button.

NOT HILARIOUS. Guy has mental and/or drug issues and cops were trying not to use too much force. This is exactly why they use so much force on seemingly nonviolent people who are being arrested.

“Honestly, I'm a little disappointed that the police didn't tell him that he was under arrest for resisting arrest.” Actually they did but he never acknowledge being under arrest for the first time so maybe that changes something? and he did asked numerous times why was he under arrest without any answer.. anyway i don't think that guy was crazy or anything. he showed it numerous times (e.g. why am i under arrest, they are illegally tazering me…). my 2 cents.
