Lizzie, Gordo and Miranda from Lizzie McGuire. They were always so supportive of each other even though they had their ups and downs and sometimes drifted apart.

JD and Turk, the show is basically about their relationship and supporting each other through the ups and downs of working at a hospital.

Charlie on Saving Hope, he had been through so much and then in the final couple episodes he died. While it did make sense, I still sat there crying and wishing he could've had a happy ending and met his daughter and seen his son grow up.

Lance Sweets on Bones, I was devastated! His girlfriend was pregnant and he had supported Bones and Booth through so much. After he died there was a gaping hole in the show.
