Not to be Debbie Downer, but there’s over 300,000 people born everyday. Unless you can narrow it down to the exact minute (which I think is possible, but the lack of enough famous people to cover every minute, plus actual recording of their death), then I think its silly to assume 300k people all were the next incarnation of a deceased semi-famous person. Also, I sort of feel that it would make more sense to count the moment of CONCEPTION and not birth. That being said, I used to be a literary agent for F. Scott Fitzgerald ;)
