Just as with all drugs, there are and will be lots of clueless morons who either claim they didn’t know that this would happen (i.e., ignorant dumbasses who somehow survived long enough to find the very thin that will turn their lives into a living hell), or that they didn’t think it could happen to them specifically (i.e., stupid dumbasses who think they’re magically impervious to the problems faced by lowly normal humans), or that they didn’t care about the future when they tried it (i.e., retarded dumbasses who haven’t figured out that a bullet to the head causes less pain than destroy yourself and the lives of those who love you slowly over many, many months or years), or they will say that they thought they wouldn’t get hooked (see “stupid dumbasses” above). I’m not saying I have no sympathy for addicts, but shit THIS stupid really makes me question the merits of trying to help some of them. If you are so mentally deficient that you will start using something that rots and corrodes your flesh off of your bones, it’s very difficult to see how you’re not simply getting what you begged for when your flesh does, in fact, start to rot off.
