    Is Juror B37 A Racist?

Indeed if he would stayed in his car with his loaded weapon or simply gotten out and stood up near his driver’s side door to 'observe and report' Trayvon Martin would not have been viewed as the aggressor during the night in question.

Yesterday we received a firsthand eyewitness view of the deliberations that ended with now the acquittal of one of the most controversial figures in America, Mr. George Zimmerman.

Juror B37 has gone on record with Anderson Cooper giving us some insight into her mindset during the proceedings saying, "It was just hard, thinking that someone had lost their life, that nothing else could be done about it. What happened was sad, it's a tragedy that it happened, but it happened."

She announced a book deal with Martin Literary Management before it was rescinded. Now we know that her husband is an attorney, which indicates she might have been a stickler for the facts of the case as it relates to Florida law.

The most critical point during the interview came when she stated, Zimmerman "shouldn't have gotten out of the car" during his phone call with a police dispatcher.

Indeed if he would have stayed in his car with the loaded weapon or simply gotten out and stood up near his driver's side door to 'observe and report' Trayvon Martin would not have been viewed as the aggressor during the night in question.

Although many critics of the case focused on the fact that Trayvon Martin was only 17 years old, the jury had to view Martin as a menace and didn't give much consideration to the fact that he did not have a weapon.

Juror B37 statement that both Martin and Zimmerman could have avoided the incident puts a minor on par with an adult with a loaded weapon, which is inconceivable to some.

I'm sure some will question her objectivity and even go so far as to ask the question did she go in to the proceedings with a predetermined motive or did a racist Juror B37 decide on the State of Florida and Trayvon Martin's family's question for justice.
