Remember when this used to be a nice, decent country?

considering that I would feel comfortable—and 'one of the crowd'—dressed in sweatpants, flip-flops, and a worn through t-shirt at Wal-Mart, just what, exactly, would she wear to the Dollar Palace?  Stained underwear and styrofoam coffee cups as shoes?
