Dying Kid Health Bars

First thing I did was save a screen shot because that shit is FUNNY but it ain't gonna be around for long.  Assuming that the story is true, if this guy actually volunteers and helps these kids then he can fucking well joke about whatever the hell he wants to and he'll STILL be a better person than I am or you are because I don't help any dying kids in my free time, that's for damn sure, and I have my doubts that you people that are losing their minds over this do either. Boo-ya.
