Yes, Liam Payne really did post this image to Instagram, showing him on a boat appearing to be completely stark NAKED. He pixelated the most important area (DAMMIT,) but shared the photo alongside the caption: "Damn that was my last pair!".

It wasn't long before everyone on Instagram actually lost their minds.
