The It Boy was placed under arrest on suspicion of felony DUI after he caused a crash in Hollywood, for which he required surgery on his hand. If he is, in fact, booked on suspicion of felony DUI, Shia could face jail time. Not even old Indy could get someone out of a jam like this.
