Michael Cera is currently filming Paper Hearts, a “half-comedy, half-documentary” that chronicles his relationship with real-life gal pal, Charlene Yi. The film is being kept “under wraps” so as to not spoil it with excessive marketing. But, then again, who the eff is Charlene Yi? (She's the stoner chick in Knocked Up, whom you may recall was a scene-stealer.)
