Honest confession: Sometimes I have a hard time feeling bad for capable people who had fair warning. Sandy wasn’t a surprise… it was on its way for days. Why take a chance with your baby or small children? I remember reading about someone having a hurricane party. All those kind of people did was take up the rescue workers time.

Apart from the general fail this whole list has, the worst part by far is the support of the slow loris as pets. Disgraceful. They are an endangered species that does not fare well in captivity even in the best of conditions. Those who purchase them or increase their popularity as pets are a detriment to the slow loris and society in general… I seriously hope it’s removed from the list.

kudos at least for not dressing slutty for halloween. (even if she is half naked for her day job)
