Yeah, sorry, shaving with a straight razor might be cheaper after the initial investment, but it’s never going to be the “closest shave you’ll ever have.” I’ve had professional straight shaves before, and while the experience is nice, it doesn’t get me as close in as few passes as my 3-bladed Schick Hydro. For one thing, the blades in a cartridge are going to be at the right angle every time versus trying to get it right with the straight razor. For another thing, there are, well, three of them. Plus I can use it in the shower because I don’t need a mirror to make sure I’m doing it right. It might be more expensive, but I’m going to stick with technology developed after the turn of the 20th century.

Let’s all just unbunch our non-gender specific underpants foraminute. These are toys. For toddlers. Kids of both genders growing up today have every opportunity to explore their own interests sooner rather than later, and that’ll be even more true by the time the kids receiving these toys grow up.Idon’t think givingalittle girlapink pony oralittle boyapretend tool kit is going to rob the world of the next great astrophysicist or pastry chef, respectively. Speaking of pink, in entry5the pink microscope is the lowest magnification, and since it’s pink it’s ostensibly for girls, which you’re saying isn’t cool. The problem is that only two entries down, you express outrage that the pink toys are marketed to girls. Which is it? Is it ok for you to assume that pink is for girls so you can get mad aboutatoy’s inferiority, or is it ok to get mad that other people associate pink with girls. Can’t be both.
