Incredibly hard to choose ‘just one’, but #14… it’s just the way the cat is looking at the fireman in the 2nd photo. After adopting my dog, Meg, from a local shelter I learned (for the first time) that animals can, indeed, feel gratitude. Something that touches my heart, even today.
