3. Whenever you see a snow plow, aka your only hope of survival.
4. When all your dummy west-coast friends are posting sunny pics on instagram.
5. When you run out of blizzard wine.
6. When you're trying to decide the best way to eat your roommate when the food inevitably runs out.
7. When you begin to descend into snow madness.
8. When someone asks you to shovel the walk while it's still an icy hell outside.
9. When you decide that this will never end so you eat everything in sight to store build up a warm layer of chub like a bear, and prepare to live the rest of your days in snowy hibernation.
