I agree, and I contribute these thoughts: Music was distributed differently as recently as 10 years ago and before then. We relied on radio and MTV, before that, just radio. To buy music, we had to go to stores that sold records and/or CDs (Tower, Virgin, etc) Now people can just go on their computers to listen to and buy music. Lastly, there were less people around (literally, everyone knows population rises over time). Oh yeah, and every generation had both a girl and boy teen heart-throb singer/teen idol.
