Twas the night, "Erev Christmas," when all of the Jews
Went to see movies, eat Chinese, and schmooze
The goyim were home hanging stockings with glee,
While the Jews stood in line to see Frozen 3D
They smuggled in snacks,
For each son and each daughter,
Because have you seen the price,
For a small bottled water?!
While the Gentiles stay home,
Awaiting Kris Kringle,
Jews across town would be asked,
"You're still single?!"
The movies would end,
And off the Jews race,
To "break bread" and eat wontons,
Not a blonde in the place,
All of the families,
Both Jewish and not,
Delighted to see,
What the holidays brought
I don't mean the presents,
But something much more,
Family time, bonding,
And laughter galore.
