dylm a year agookay its been a few years but i think i got it;
so steampunk is an art style in which you take characters from pop culture, dress them in brass/bronze-based clothing to resemble almost a steam-pipe pressure system of, say, a submarine, put this character into an art nouveau portrait, and put the word “punk” on the end to i don’t know, get back at the vikings for the whole greenland/iceland thing. okay. got it. steampunk is stupid. -
