"The X-Files" Season 10 Is Really Happening

The series is being called “Season 10”, taking its cue from the successful run of Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics.

According to ComicVine, the first story arc catches readers up with Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. Living quiet, normal lives under new identities, the former agents are called upon by an old friend to discover who, or what, is preying on everyone who’d been involved in The X-Files.

The X-Files joins other cult classics that have made the transition to print form such as Buffy, Firefly, and Jericho, among others.
