Psychethos 6 months agoThere is actually a scientific explanation for the “dessert stomach” thing. They’ve done studies to show that people can eat a larger quantity of food if it is in different types of categories, to the extent that people can eat more pasta if it is in two different shapes. This may be an evolutionary way of encouraging humans to eat a varied diet.
