I would totally use this… especially when the metro sign gives the dreaded “16 minutes until the next train” forecast. And not just for groceries either — Amazon could probably soak me for books & music purchases too. Itunes could probably get me to buy even more music than the shameful amount I already buy.

what about fruits and vegetables?I wish they'd mention the success in selling those types of products through this campaign since most people want the touch-feel before buying fruits/veggies.

what if you don't have a smart phone just a lame regular poor person phone? do you do what normal people do and go online and grocery shop?

So it's like ordering online but more visual and while you wait on the train platform. I can see how it's kinda fun and handy, and seeing all the items on display you aren't as likely to forget an item.

Why not just put the entire store online? I don't see the need to have mock up aisles.

Then there will be potential problems with the newly formed long queues in places where the virtual stores are disturbing regular commuters.

That's really cool. I could see somebody doing that, or at least a smaller version, in NYC or SF. It always amazes me to see just how far technology has come just in my relatively-short life.
