Remembering Hiroshima And Nagasaki

Sixty-six years ago today, at 11:02 am local time, the world changed forever. The U.S. military dropped an atomic bomb the equivalent of 22,000 tons of TNT on Nagasaki, Japan…three days after dropping a slightly smaller nuke onto Hiroshima. It is estimated that somewhere between 60k-80k people lost their lives in the attack.
