This is kind of off the main topic, but it always bothered me as a kid that there was a character named “Duncan” on the show who had a mustache and some semblance of a personality, but the corresponding action figure was just a generic, mustache-less soldier called “Man at Arms” who didn't even really look like him. And Duncan was absolutely alone in this regard. Eventually, Mattel added figures of “Orko” and “Prince Adam” to make the toy line correspond more closely to the TV show, but they never bothered painting a damned mustache on “Man at Arms” and printing the name “Duncan” on the package.
