    lol, wow… obviously a lot of people here aren’t reading the article properly. you would ask for those ingredients fo your drink, you don’t want in and ask for a “Raspberry Cheesecake”. Duh. And anytime i’ve asked to modify a drink the barista has been nothing but curteous and happy to do so. It’s part of Starbucks’ appeal and customer service!

      Here’s the thing, though. A lot of people are going to see this menu and assume every barista is trained to know how to make them. Sure, a lot of them are pretty simple to make, and yes, Starbucks puts a lot of focus on customer service. But they put just as much focus on speed. And having people in line getting mad when someone doesn’t know how to make a “Nutella”, or getting upset because Pumpkin Spice is seasonal, is a waste of time.
