Is a Lemon 3 years agoAdmittedly there is some fault on the part of the city for having an open manhole without signs or marking off the area. On the other hand, if instead of a manhole she got hit by a car or tripped on a sidewalk edge, or any of a number of environmental incidents it would simply be due to her negligent stupidity. Even if there was a sign I doubt she would have noticed anyways. Maybe the city can settle by getting her some industrial grade soaps.
